How is it going with warm spring season at CAU? Spring has come and flowers have bloomed so beautifully these days. So today, I’d like to recommend you some good places to walk around our campus!
Hyosajeong is a pavilion, located 5 minutes away from the main gate of Chung-Ang University. This place is known for its beautiful scenery, and was also selected as one of the scenic spots of Seoul Metropolitan Government. When you climb up to the pavilion, you can see Bukhan Mountain, Namsan Mountain, Dongjak Bridge, and Han River Citizens’ Park. Many people come to take pictures not only during the day, but also at night to cease the most memorable night view of Seoul.
My second recommendation is Gogoo Mountain. I believe that this place is very unfamiliar for most of our exchange students. However, this is also one of the best spot to visit if you are a passionate in ‘nature photography’. The Gogoo Mountain is not far from Chung-Ang University’s central gate. It takes 10 minutes to walk from the middle gate, and due to its close location from our campus, it is a good place to take a walk in between classes. Furthermore, once the sun goes down, you can see the entire night view of Heukseok-dong with Han River. I strongly recommend Gogoo Mountain to Chung-Ang University students as a must-visit attraction!
If you are planning to visit those places, I hope you will enjoy, as much as I did, walking by these locations.
