Package / Mail Pick-Up (Seoul Campus)

Do you want to order something to the dormitory but you’re unsure of where to go to collect your package? Don’t worry any further! This guide will help you with everything you need to know.

Firstly, for packages that are delivered to the mailing room, you won’t be notified about its arrival. Instead, you will either be contacted by the shipment company via text, email or through a tracking number.

In the event that none of these things occur, you have to go into the mailing room to physically check to see if your order has arrived.

If you’re living in the dorms on the Seoul Campus, the mailing storage room is located outside Building 308, near the smoking area on the first floor. Before you enter the dorm building, turn right in the direction of the garage.

Once you’re facing the garage, walk towards the bike racks, there will be a small walk way in front of you.

You will see two doors in the hallway with signs above them. The mail room will be the one on the right. If you’re unsure, it should read “mail room” on the sign.

The mailing room is organised into two sections (Building 308 and 309). Depending on which building you are housed in, you will be able to find your package by locating your floor number. The floor numbers will be written on each row of the shelves.

The trading hours of the mailing room are as pictured. They do not operate on the weekend.

However, if you’re waiting for a registered package (e.g. a letter or concert tickets) you will need to pick these up from the Management Office on Level 2 of Building 309. You will be notified of this by a small post-it note that will be stuck on the outside of your mailbox. Take this notice with you to show to the staff when you go up to collect your mail. They will need this, along with your student ID card to verify your identity.

There will be a note stuck on the outside of your mailbox. (As pictured above, for the women’s dorms, the mailboxes are located next to the laundry rooms).

The Management Office is located in Level 2 of Building 309. To get there, you will need to enter through this door and walk up one flight of stairs [the entrance to this stairway is located to the left of the CU].  Once you get to the entrance of Level 2, turn left.

You will see this hallway. The door to the Management Office is at the very end of the hall.

At the desk, present the staff member with the note you received and show them your student ID card. You will be asked to sign a sheet – notifying the office that you have collected your mail.
That’s it! You’re done.
